Meals: Dinner

Breakfast. After breakfast, we are heading towards Novi Sad, the second-largest city in Serbia. Its history, architecture and the way of life completely differs from the Belgrade lifestyle. We will shortly explore Novi Sad centre and enjoy our coffee on the main promenade and then continue to the famous Petrovaradin Fortress, one of the largest strongholds in Europe still preserved and called "Gibraltar on the Danube”.
Built by the Austrian Empire during the 17th and 18th centuries, this fortress played a significant role in defending the middle European countries from Ottoman attacks.
Today will be hosted by Atelje 61 – the centre of tapestry art not just in Serbia but in the region of West Balkans also, one of the few such centres in Europe. Here we will be introduced by basic facts about tapestry, experience the process of weaving after the cartoons of artists’ templates and enjoy the exhibition. Today’s highlight will definitely be a visit to Mirjana Vujčić fashion studio. Following the motto "Less is more”, Mirjana manages to create the high fashion unique style of glamorous and luxurious collections, for both men and women, that made her famous not just in Serbia but in Europe and the Emirates as well.
A fashion show which will be organized specially for our group will provide us with an opportunity to acquire some of her pieces of art.
Return to Belgrade.
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast. After breakfast we will visit the famous Belgrade Bajrakli Mosque for pray (depending on the time of prayer). Then we continue to the Princess Ljubica’s Residence, one of the most representative examples of urban architecture from the first half of the 19th century in Belgrade. Although it was made as to the official residence of Serbian Prince Miloš Obrenović, he rarely stayed in the house, but his wife Princess Ljubica with their sons used to live here.
Let’s explore how she lived, what was the life of Belgrade’s ladies of that time, what they have been dreaming about, what they have been wearing and many more.
Leisure time on your own for shopping.
Return to hotel.
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast. Today is a Royal Day as we will visit Royal Palaces and get introduced to Karađorđević dynasty and the period when former Yugoslavia was a kingdom ruled by two dynasties. Let us teach you some interesting facts about that part of Serbian history, art and culture. Our next stop is the famous Avala mountain, one of Belgrade’s most popular green escapes but also habitat to numerous birds and animal species, situate just some 20 km from the city centre. Before the Avala Tower built in 1960s as a TV tower and the largest concrete structure and the tallest structure in the entire Balkans, we will just stop and visit the Monument to the Unknown Hero, built-in 1930 by world-famous sculptor Ivan Meštrović, chosen by Aleksandar I, King of Yugoslavia to be his favourite artist. During the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999, the Avala Tower was bombed and completely destroyed but then reconstructed according to the same plans and reopened for visitors. The two elevators will take us to a 123 metres high viewpoint where you will remain breathless and speechless to enjoy the Central Serbian province of Šumadija and the entire Belgrade, including the two rivers' confluence and the Vojvodina Region behind.
Lunch in one of traditional Serbian restaurants (OPTIONAL).
