DAY 2 BELGRADE – ZLATIBOR
from the hotel and departure toward Zlatibor. Passing through Ovčar – Kablar
Gorge will definitely leave you speechless as well as interesting stories
which you will hear in Nikolje Monastery, our first sight today. Our next
stop is beautiful Open Air Museum – Old Village Sirogojno which will
capture you with its 55 old houses brought there from different parts of
Zlatibor to preserve a rich heritage this part of Serbia is proud of. Guided
tour through the village after which you will have a clear picture of lifestyle
and habits of Serbs of that time. Lunch in a local restaurant after which will
visit the famous Knitters’ Museum and hear the story about the famous Sirogojno
knitted sweater. The
highlight of the day is visit to Stopića pećina and its unique rim stone
pools. On our way back to Zlatibor will stop in beautiful village of Gostilje,
embraced by Čigota and Borkovac and at the altitude of 1000 metres where the waterfall
joins the waters of Katušnica River. Return to Zlatibor.

DAY 3 ZLATIBOR – UVAC
A pleasant one-hour long transfer to Rastoke dam from where starts
unforgettable cruise along meanders of Uvac. The area of Uvac was put under
protection in order to save the habitat of griffon vultures. Upon arrival, we’ll
board a boat and start with our cruise along the Uvac Lake for about four and a
half hours. On our way we will visit one of the most beautiful caves in Serbia –
Ice Cave – named so because the temperature inside it is constantly 8 degrees. The
cave is reachable only by Uvac Lake and once arrived, we will need to take steep
iron stairs to enter it. Since there is no lighting here, we will all for a
moment become speleologists and miners as we will bring lamps on protective

DAY 4 ZLATIBOR – PERUĆAC - VIŠEGRAD
Heading to Perućac, a touristic settlement on the western shore of Drina
River, today our starting point for an exceptional cruise along the deepest
canyon in the world - Drina’s canyon
that extends to Višegrad in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the pleasant 52 km
long cruise we will enjoy the Tara National Park, experience the mouth of Žepa
river to Drina, pass through the narrowest part of the canyon and see some
medieval fortresses until we reach Višegrad. It is the place where Rzav
flows into Drina and whose bridge over Drina, built by Mehmed-paša Sokolović
in 1571 inspired the Nobel awarded writer Ivo Andrić in his work Na

DAY 5 UŽICE –
KADINJAČA – POTPEĆKA CAVE – ZLAKUSA (TERZIĆA AVLIJA)
Heading to Memorial complex Kadinjača, a sight of utmost historical
importance of this area. After a short sightseeing we’ll continue to Užice
for a guided walking tour where, during a pleasant walk will see the hydro power
plant on Đetinja river, the first in the Balkans which worked on Nikola
Tesla’s principles of alternating current and literally built according to
his designs. Leisure time for coffee and snack. If it will be open, we’ll visit
also the Užice Fortress. Our next stop today is Potpeć Cave, one of the most
interesting Serbian speleological locations. What is definitely awe-inspiring
is its 50 metres high monumental entrance in the shape of a horseshoe but also
the 500 metres long path that will take us through this particular cave. Now is
time for lunch in traditional environment. That’s why we will take you to
Terzića Avlija situated in Zlakusa village.

DAY 6 KREMNA -
ŠARGAN EIGHT – MOKRA GORA (DRVENGRAD)
Our first today stop is Kremna – the most pooling and most challenging village
of Serbia, village of famous Serbian prophets Miloš Tarabić and his nephew Mitar.

And now we are going to
drive through the past with a railway wonder and one of most spectacular
tourist attraction of Serbia – Her Majesty, the Šargan Eight. Upon arrival,
boarding to „Nostalgija" train which will take us on a 2 hours long journey
along Šargan Eight, the only narrow-gauge railway in Europe, only 760 mm wide.

Saint John the Baptist. The source was found quite accidentally in 1994, after
the Kamišina river spill. Water alkality is very high, mineralization is very

source your face skin will forever remain stretched.

DAY 7 ZAOVINE
– MITROVAC - PERUĆAC – BAJINA BAŠTA
Breakfast. Today is an active day during
which we’ll explore the beautiful Tara. Pleasant drive to Zaovine village and
beautiful, artificial Zaovine Lake created when Beli Rzav stream was partitioned
with dams near the Kik peak (958 meters), with the deepest point on 110 m.

of the most beautiful Serbian viewpoints – Banjska Stena.
You are probably hungry so we are going to
pamper your palate in Perućac, in a local restaurant on Godina river.
name of that river is Vrelo but because of its length – 365 metres – locals
named it Godina (365 are number of days in a year). After lunch, following the
flow of winding Drina river we will reach Bajina Bašta where is situated
