Breakfast. After breakfast we are going to a Skopje guided walking tour. A mixture of cultures, tradition and architecture make it one of the most unique towns in entire Balkans. Our tour starts from visit the Macedonia Square along the main pedestrian street. Then will visit the House of Mother Theresa, Old Railway station, Stone Bridge and Philip the II Square. You will undoubtedly enjoy the Old Bazaar with its monuments. Mustafa Pasha Mosque is a must whilst our tour finishes at the Kale Fortress.

Time for lunch in an old Ottoman inn where you will taste the traditional Macedonian dishes. Leisure time. Return to hotel.

Breakfast. What awaits us today is unforgettable combination of history and wine. First we will explore Kokino, the 4th oldest megalithic observatory, a unique and well preserved site from Bronze Age. Then we continue to Staro Nagoricane to experience the jewel of the Byzantine period. After a history lesson we will move to King Alexander’s winery, since 1924 a living museum of winemaking. Here will experience how viticulture started in Macedonia more than 2000 years ago as well as pamper our palate with Macedonian delicacies accompanied by some of the best wines. And the view from the tower on the surrounding vineyards and the rocky Iron Gate is definitely an experience not to be forgotten.

Breakfast. Today we will visit Negotino, a town of grape and excellent wines. Here will taste the rich, intensive Vranec sort that was exclusively served to Marshal Tito in his Brijuni’s residence. Our next winery is Bovin Winery whose passionate enologist will teach you all the winemaking "secrets” through a tour of their cellars.

Time for lunch which and tasting of 8 premium wines. Leisure time.

Our last today’s stop is the St George Monastery which will conquer you with its story of the fairy springs and their miraculous powers.

Breakfast. Today you will enjoy the September sun on a picnic in middle of vineyards. Then roll-up your sleeves and start picking and crushing those sunny grapes and turn them into wine. After hard work you deserve a tasteful BBQ lunch accompanied by Tikveš premium wines.

Tikveš is a huge winery which yearly produces over 20 million litres of wine maturated in extensive cellar hallways and those precious are stored in an amazing underground wine archive. These are just some of the reasons why today we’ll visit the Tikves winery as well as Museum of tastes.

Breakfast. The ancient town of Stobi which once was a place where traders who were traveling by Via Egnatia road were supplied with gold, white and pink marble, iron and of course – Wine. Let’s talk about that during lunch in modern Stobi winery when tasting the Galichnik sheep cheese paired with their best wines.

Since this is your last day in Macedonia, we have prepared a great surprise for you. A blind wine tasting of a real rainbow of colours, shades, flavours, aromas and fragrances bottled together under the brand of Chateau Kamnik, gold and silver winner of Decanter, Vins du Monde and many international prestige competitions.
